Are some of the photos on memory card in the camera and others stored in the camera's internal memory? If this is the case, I believe it will only transfer the photos that are on the card if the card is in the camera. To get the photos out of the camera internal memory, remove the card from the camera and then try downloading again.

If that solves the problem, clear out all the photos on the camera's internal memory before reinserting the memory card into the camera.

Also, just for your information. Never try to delete or erase photos from either the camera or the memory card through the computer. ONLY erase photos directly with the camera and directly from the memory card with the camera while the card is in the camera. It is also a good idea to FORMAT the memory card IN THE CAMERA from time to time. This clears out any residual "junk" that gets scattered and built up in the card over time.

When my camera does this it is because it has already been transferred. You may try to uninstall the program and try installing it again.

Your battery is probably dead. Install a new one before you spend money trying to repair something you could have fixed yourself.

I believe that you can download drivers for your computer that help your computer to recognize the device. And sometimes when you switch the slot that it was plugged into, you have to start the driver over again.
You can find most of the drivers for free online.

Reboot your computer as a starting point. With XP, you should be told when the camera USB is removed and plugged in. If nothing happens, it is likely the power to the camera unit has been lost (my cat unplugged mine).
Some camera cards are treated as a disk drive and somethings you do on a computer can create a conflict - I did it with a SUBST command to create a drive letter to point to a subdirectory and apparently the camera software doesn't check for a drive letter made this way.

the printer is mad at you...

im joking lol

it's probably the faulty printer

or it may an malicious virus or bug that sends the message to shoot out the paper like that...

it also may be the program in the computer, a bug maybe?

it's the best to contact the manufacturer's customer support
